Product Description:

Partner with Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainers in your jurisdiction to provide them with pandemic H1N1 influenza training resources.

Increase awareness of the threat of a pandemic influenza and its impact on the community and give CERT participants the education and tools needed to increase preventive health behaviors and limit the spread of the pandemic influenza virus.

This tool kit was evaluated by Santa Clara County local CERT trainers who have used the curriculum to train volunteers in the past. The documents in the CERT Pandemic H1N1 Influenza Train-the-Trainer Toolkit can be edited or customized to suit your specific requirements. These documents can be opened and edited or customized using either PC or Mac versions of the Microsoft software.
