Download a quick reference guide to provide step-by-step emergency information to food managers and other supervisory personnel at food service establishments. The handbook addresses both naturally-occurring and man-made emergencies.

Once you are signed in, select the title of any of the files you would like to access. Large files may take longer to download, particularly for users with low-bandwidth connections. To download one or many documents as a .zip archive, check the box(s) to the left of the items then click the "Download Selected" button at the bottom of the list. Not all products will be able to be downloaded in this manner.
